Back while I was living in Oceanside, I bought an early 80’s Schwinn beach cruiser from some old guy in Pacific Beach. It was rusty, and pretty much all beat up. I refinished once, and didn’t do a very good job; then I let it sit in a backyard for about 2+ years. I finally decided to re-finish it again, this time properly. Here is the progression:
